This new regulation on climate change is extremely Orwell
This is about total control.
Do you remember the time when you were called a "conspiracy theorist" because you warned that the climate barriers would be the next step?
Well, just look at this new, extremely draconian regulation in Britain that sounds like it was from 1984.
The city of Oxford is divided into six different zones, and people are only allowed to make a limited number of trips with their car between the zones.
You will be monitored.
All residents will be forced to register their car with the city administration. License plate recognition cameras installed in the city will monitor how often you leave your zone.
It will even be completely forbidden to cross the zones with your own car, unless you obtain a permit that allows a maximum of 100 trips per year! Oh, how generous.
Anyone who does not have a permit or drives between zones after reaching the maximum number of 100 crossings will have to pay a fine of 70 pounds per crossing.
This is all done in the name of climate change and is designed to discourage people from taking "unnecessary" journeys and force them to walk or take the bus instead.
Do you know who else made private car ownership almost impossible and forced people to use public transport? The Soviet Union. This is not about saving the planet. This is essentially a communist idea. The state will decide where, how and when to travel.
These dictators believe they can simply impose tyranny on the people by having a head of the National Council for Travel say that the plan will be "implemented whether people like it or not."
Ah, you will be banned from travelling and you will be happy – whether you like it or not!
These climates will turn Oxford into a "15-minute city". The plan is to force people to walk to reach local shops and services.

It comes from none other than the World Economic Forum. They literally talked about this at their 2021 Sustainable Development Summit.
We have an unelected elite pushing their climate goals and their Orwellian agenda, and local cities and towns are working with them to transfer their policies to citizens – against their will.

Now, the city council has received angry emails and phone calls from residents outraged by this form of climate lockdown. They don t want to have to pay fines just to be allowed to move around their neighborhood.
Of course, the mainstream media has pounced on this, claiming that the officials were "extremely mistreated." Threats and ill-treatment are never acceptable. It is interesting to see how the media uses this to attack those who oppose this draconian regulation. Some people may have sent mean messages, so no one should oppose this tyranny!
Of course, the "fact-checkers" have also spoken up and claimed that it is definitely not a climate barrier. Because they only restrict car traffic between the zones. People can still walk! And there are no physical barriers preventing people from driving, just cameras that read your license plate and then send you a £70 fine in the mail. There is no climate barrier at all!
So no physical barriers, just cameras that watch you and send you fines. Then everything is good!
But this is not the first draconian measure.
In the UK, there was also an attempt at something that sounded very much like a social credit score. People had an app on their phone that tracked their location, and they got points if they were environmentally friendly and took the bus instead of the car.
We are already seeing that several countries in Europe are introducing climate barriers that limit indoor temperatures, and in Italy they are even prohibiting people from heating their homes at night! I need to know because I was there recently and experienced it firsthand.

The house bans were just the beginning. As I warned earlier, the next steps will be climate lockdowns, and we can already see that they are working hard to achieve this.
As you probably know, in the Netherlands, farmers are being forced to sell their land to the state and shut down their farms – all in order to meet the 2030 climate targets.
It won t just be climate barriers. The central bank s digital currency is just around the corner, and it will be tied to your digital ID. Social credit checks won t be long in coming, and then you can imagine how easy it will be to eliminate dissenters.
We ve already seen companies like PayPal lock people down because of their political views. Imagine the government doing this with their digital currency.
Global tyranny is a greater threat than global warming.
