In the video above, Glenn Beck talks to investigative journalist Whitney Webb about her book "One Nation Under Blackmail: The Sordid Union Between Intelligence and Crime That Gave Rise to Jeffrey Epstein," Parts 1 and 2.
These books provide the necessary framework to understand not only the geopolitical role and function of Jeffrey Epstein, but also, more broadly, the deep links between U.S. intelligence agencies and organized crime.

Organised crime at the highest level
Epstein s pedophilia and sexual blackmail enterprise has been a central cog in this web of corruption for decades. He was also involved in many other questionable and/or criminal ventures, including financial crimes, but he was not necessarily at the highest level in any of them. Webb describes him more as a middle-management figure who carried out orders from higher authorities, including U.S. intelligence agencies.
By and large, these "superiors" are people who advocate globalism and global governance, and who do not want the United States to have a monopoly on power. Transhumanism is eugenics in a new guise
In the interview, Webb gives an overview of the history of transhumanism, whose roots go back to Julian Huxley, the brother of the famous writer Aldous Huxley. Julian was president of the British Eugenics Society.
When the United Nations was founded after World War II, he was entrusted with the leadership of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), whose stated goal is to promote world peace and security through international cooperation in the fields of education, arts, science and culture.
Writing about his vision for UNESCO, Julian said of eugenics: "We must make the unthinkable conceivable again." Ten years later, in 1957, he coined the term "transhumanism" and described it as eugenics through the fusion of man and machine.
Transhumanism is therefore eugenics in a new guise. This is also confirmed by the fact that the same individuals, families and organizations that supported eugenics in the past now support transhumanism. Likewise, the merger of Silicon Valley companies with Big Pharma is nothing more than eugenics under the guise of health care. And COVID has now shown us that this renamed form of eugenics can be forced upon us.
Transhumanism does not serve the betterment of the average person
As Webb notes,transhumanismis sold to us as a way to ensure health and longevity for all people – health justice for all! – reality will be anything but fair.
She points out that science fiction author H.G. Wells once described the transhumanist future as one in which there is a physically and intellectually superior elite and a stocky, dwarf-like slave underclass that eats bugs and doesn t even have the cognitive ability to rebel.
Sound familiar? The World Economic Forum and its allied networks are pushing for a transition from real meat to insects. One of the main side effects of the bioweapon dubbed the "COVID-19 vaccine" is, in addition to early death, neurological dysfunction, and masking, lockdown, and school closures have resulted in children unable to speak, cognitively impaired, and/or years behind in key literacy and numeracy skills.
The transhumanist plan is being implemented in a fast-track procedure
A 2021 report by the UK s Ministry of Defence and Germany s Federal Office of Defence Planning offers shocking glimpses into the dystopian cybernetic future into which global technocrats are driving us, as described in "The Plan to Turn You Into a Genetically Edited Human Cyborg."
The report "Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm, a Strategic Implications Project" gives an overview of the scientific objectives of the British and German Ministries of Defence, and they are exactly what the title suggests. Human augmentation is highlighted as a key area of development.
It s worth noting that anything that comes out to the public falls short of current capabilities for a decade or more, so everything in this report can be considered outdated news, even if it reads like pure science fiction.
Importantly, the report states that "human augmentation has the potential to... to change the meaning of being human". This is exactly what Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), has called the goal of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
Schwab explained that "the fourth industrial revolution will lead to a merging of our physical, digital and biological identities." Beyond your own "enhanced" self connected to the 5G cloud, the WEF foresees a near future in which everyone s digital identity is connected via an "Internet of Bodies" (IoB).
The fact that we are rapidly moving toward the transhumanist future envisioned by the WEF and military around the world is also evidenced by President Biden s September 2022 executive order to advance biotechnology, which puts the development of genetic engineering methods "for writing circuits for cells andpredictably programming biology" on the fast lane.
U.S. Department of Defense is also working on human cyborgs
In a Substack article dated September 14, 2022, Dr. Robert Malone also examined the U.S. Department of Defense s plans for an army of human cyborgs. Certain report titles alone tell the story, such as the Biotechnology for Health and Human Performance Council s report, "Cyborg Soldier 2050: Human/Machine Fusion and the Implications for the Future of the DOD." The summary of the report states:
"The main objective of this work was to predict and evaluate the military impact of machines physically integrated into the human body to improve human performance over the next 30 years.
This report summarizes this assessment and the findings, identifies four potential military use cases for new technologies in this area, and assesses their impact on the Department of Defense s organizational structure, the doctrine and tactics of the armed forces, and interoperability with U.S. allies and civil society."
Human augmentation technologies believed to be technically feasible by 2050 at the latest include eye enhancements to improve vision and situational awareness, optogenetic body suits to restore or improve muscle strength and control, hearing enhancements and neural improvements to the brain for two-way data transmission, and brain-to-brain communication.
With H.G. Wells description of our transhumanist future in mind (the two-tier society of augmented superhumans and beetle-eating, degenerate slaves), it s worth noting that both the Department of Defense s "Cyborg Soldier" report and the British-German "Human Augmentation" report address the fact that human augmentation inevitably increases pre-existing inequalities, inequalities, and injustices. will – and not eliminate! – and that therefore "efforts should be made to reverse negative cultural narratives via enhancement technologies".

Concluding Considerations
I don t know what it will take to prevent the dystopian posthuman world envisioned by the technocratic transhumanist elites, but I suspect that education will be a cornerstone of such an endeavor. For resistance to arise, enough people need to know what the plan is and where all these new therapies and inventions are taking us.
In the short term, it s important to realize that accelerating "genetic engineering technologies and techniques to write circuits for cells and program biology predictably, just as we write software and program computers," means cutting corners and corners. And a lot.
