Why do some people absolutely don t want to see what s going on? This is the dichotomy of our time. While one part of the population sees the danger looming, and part of it speaks out, another part is largely fully accepting of what is happening. Every human aspect is magnified in these times. There are those who are apathetic, who accept it meekly, there are those who think they are doing good by following all the rules, there are fighters, there are followers, there are henchmen, like some high-ranking politicians who deliberately engage in this evil plan. run for their own gain. Everyone plays a role, even those who think they have no role to play.
It s a fascinating fact that part of the population warns of what may come, while another part prefers to ignore the message or ridicule it themselves. I think a lot has to do with the comfort zone. Ignorance is bliss. That is somewhat true. We have to admit it, it s no fun realizing that there are evil forces out there bent on taking over humanity. That the so-called Democratic leaders who appear on TV are actually in the service of dark forces that we thought existed only in fantasy stories. That much of what we knew just doesn t seem right, that nothing is what it seems.
Be careful, I don t throw stones because I also remember the time in my life when ignorance was bliss. I was not aware of my own wounds, and the state of the world, and so forth. I didn t have to look at myself and just lived. A carefree time. And we must have that in our lives, especially as children and young adults. Ignorance was indeed a bit bliss. Drinking pints with the friends, partying and living carefree. But the unconscious ignoring of our wounds, of what calls for healing cannot last. Something is gnawing and our soul wants us to grow. Our soul wants us to get out of our comfort zone. At some point we have to grow. If we don t want to see it, if we have too much unconscious resistance, life will take us out of our apathy. That is what is collectively happening with the corona crisis. Although the dark forces are only out for control, they also act as a catalyst. In that sense, even the light and the dark are connected.
Many people have an unconscious resistance to seeing what is really going on. People don t want to see it. Your image of reality shattered is like the ground sinking beneath your feet. People want to stick to that comfortable, to that "ignorance is bliss". But that ground is an illusion. The everyday ego likes to dwell in that comfortable illusion, but the higher consciousness, the soul, says "I want to move forward." And we must go forward. There is no other choice. Beware, we have free will and one can choose to continue to ignore what is happening. But then you are almost literally sucked further into the illusion that the controlling forces are only too happy to weave for you. You are no longer alive, you are being lived. This goes even further on the transhumanist path. You are no longer yourself, but you have been sucked into the "technological singularity" that many of those frenzied transhuman scientists are talking about.
And eventually, when we allow the illusionary ground to sink under our feet, we realize that this was ultimately the best choice. Sometimes it can be painful, letting go and growing, but it puts us on a path of greater happiness, of synchronization with our true self. Closer to our true nature, our soul. It doesn t even have to be painful, it can also be exciting. It is only so painful to the extent that we ourselves emotionally cling to it.
Everything comes from the light and everything goes back to it. There is really only one path, the one back to the light. But how many detours do we have to make before we realize that control and fear don t work?
